Do You Direct Bill To Insurance Providers?
Yes we can provider direct billing to most major insurance providers for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Workers Compensation Injuries, Motor Vehicle Related Injuries.
Please bring your insurance information on your first visit to serve you best.
Do I Need a Script Or Referral?
A script or a doctors referral is not required to access our services, however your private medical insurance may require one for reimbursement. Please contact your private insurance for clarification.
Are Your Facilities Wheel Chair or Limited Mobility Friendly?
Yes.
Our Halifax Location is located just inside of the Dresden Row Entrance of Park Lane Mall and supported by their multi-level parking garage where you can utilize the elevator. Additionally, one hour validation is provided to those parking in Parklane Mall Parking complex upon request.
Our Dartmouth Location is located on the main level of Millstone Square on Baker Drive, which also offers free parking.
is There Parking On The Premices?
At our Halifax location, one hour validation is available on request for the Parklane Mall Parking Complex.(Annandale St.)
At Our Dartmouth Location, parking is free in the centres parking lot.
What Should I Expect On My First Visit?
Initially you will be asked to fill an intake form covering your general health and areas of concern.
Afterward your personal therapist will assemble a detailed assessment based on your physiology and initiate treatment.
It is a good idea to bring shorts and a t-shirt with you as its helpful in both assessment and treatment. If not possible, we have shorts and t-shirts onsite to borrow.
