What Does A Typical Home Physio Appointment Look Like?
What Does A Typical Home Physio Appointment Look Like?
“I start by learning about your home and how you move around, like getting in and out of chairs or using the bathroom.
We talk about what you want to achieve through physiotherapy, such as improving balance or being able to get up from the floor on your own. I use tests to track your progress and give you homework to do between sessions.
Some visits are just to check on your exercise program and adjust it if needed. Other visits are more like a supervised exercise session.”
